我国经济的发展以及与国际间日益频繁的交往使我国改革开放不断的得到深入,同时也在很大程度上为我国服务和旅游行业创造了良好的发展条件。英语作为世界通用语言,正在被逐渐的应用于各行各业当中,面对越来越多的国际友人,服务和旅游行业中与客户能够实现良好的沟通是令客户满意以及推动行业发展的基本要求,所以服务和旅游行业的迅猛发展为服务和旅游人员在英语口语方面提出了很大的挑战,进行针对服务和旅游口语培训的新模式探究具有重要的意义与紧迫性。本文对服务和旅游英语的特点做出分析,并对当前服务与旅游的现状进行了阐述,针对如何提升英语培训的质量提出一些看法与建议。
The economic development of our country and increasingly frequent exchanges with other countries have continuously deepened China’s reform and opening up and at the same time, it has also created favorable conditions for the development of our service and tourism industries. As a universal language in the world, English is being gradually applied to all walks of life. In the face of more and more international friends, service and tourism industry, good communication with customers is the basic requirement to satisfy customers and promote the development of the industry. Therefore, the rapid development of service and tourism industry poses a great challenge to service and tourism personnel in spoken English. It is of great significance and urgency to explore new modes of service and tourism oral training. This article analyzes the characteristics of service and tourism English, expounds the current situation of service and tourism, and puts forward some suggestions and suggestions on how to improve the quality of English training.
