Compared with 1986, Henan Nanyang Chemical Pharmaceutical Factory achieved a growth rate of 111 times, 132 times, and 97 times that of 1986. The average annual income of employees has increased by 11 times, and has exceeded 10,000 yuan for 4 consecutive years. The employees believe that this is the result of the company’s reform measures, major production and business plans, rewards and punishments, and rules and regulations that have been fully discussed by all employees in the plant, bringing people together and stimulating vitality. Businesses really regard workers as their masters, and workers also regard companies as their own homes. This factory from the cadres, technical personnel to ordinary workers, all rushed to provide advice and suggestions for the revitalization of the enterprise.
