2003年,在北京通信公司党委的领导下,公司团委针对电信服务“全程全网”的特点,确立了“全服务过程共建青年文明号”的工作思路,要求各基层团组织充分发挥团员青年的积极性、创造性,将服务链中的每一个环节都纳入到“青年文明号”的创建活动中来,实现“青年文明号”创建活动在全服务过程的无缝隙覆盖和全员参与。为实现服务链的整体优化,西单营业厅与北京通信的国家级“青年文明号”西单查修班联合开展了“全服务过程共建青年文明号”活动。适应市场变化不断推出新的服务举措,为不同层次、不同类型、不同需求的客户提供多样化、个性化的服务产品,建立了以客户为中心的业务流程,将这项活动不断引向深入。
