全氟辛烷磺酸(PFOS)在生活中广泛存在,具有全球性、持久性、富集性等特征,具胚胎发育、生殖、免疫、神经和肝脏等多种毒性,其中神经毒性倍受关注。近期研究结果显示,PFOS的神经毒性主要集中在大脑皮质、脑干、海马脑区。本文就PFOS对海马脑区神经毒性的研究加以归纳总结,在近期研究进展的基础上讨论了PFOS对神经传导通路中各成分稳态的改变,进而了解PFOS对海马脑区神经损害的机制。
Perfluorooctane sulfonate (PFOS) is widespread in the world and possesses characteristics of global, persistent and enrichment. It has many toxicities such as embryonic development, reproduction, immunity, nerve and liver, among which neurotoxicity is of great concern . Recent studies have shown that the neurotoxicity of PFOS mainly in the cerebral cortex, brain stem, hippocampus brain area. In this paper, we summarize the neurotoxicity of PFOS in hippocampal brain regions. Based on the recent progress, we discuss the changes of the steady state of PFOS in neurotransmitter, and then understand the mechanism of PFOS damage in the hippocampus.
