研究了氢在2(1/4)Cr-1Mo钢中对四点弯曲缺口试样裂纹萌生和扩展的影响,发现氢使裂纹萌生的应变值降低,而对裂纹萌生和扩展的微观机理没有影响.氢的主要作用是促进裂纹萌生和扩展初期沿滑移带方向的微孔聚合过程.裂纹扩展后期,由于氢在对称面的偏聚促进了微孔的产生,从而使微孔聚合过程从滑移带转移到该面上.
The effect of hydrogen on crack initiation and propagation in four-point bending notched specimens was investigated in 2 (1/4) Cr-1Mo steels. It was found that hydrogen reduced the strain values at initiation of cracks and did not affect the microscopic mechanism of crack initiation and propagation . The major role of hydrogen is to promote micropore polymerization along the slip band in the initial stage of crack initiation and propagation.Due to the segregation of hydrogen in the symmetry plane to promote microporosity in the late stage of crack growth, Transfer shift to the surface.
