随着时代的不断发展进步,我国施工企业也在不断发展。在新时代背景下,施工企业要想获得健康、持续、稳定的发展就必须将人才资源作为自身的核心资源。因此,作为现代施工企业的管理者,必须积极转变思想观念,主动适应社会经济发展新常态、新要求,树立全新的人力资源管理理念,不断探索创新,努力做好企业人才管理工作,为企业持续长远发展提供坚强的人才保障和支撑。本文结合作者自己在施工企业人力资源管理工作的实践,就新形势下施工企业的人才管理谈谈自己的心得体会,以期与同行共同探讨,共同进步。

This article, combined with the author’s own practice of human resources management in construction enterprises, talked about his own experience of talent management in construction enterprises under the new situation in order to discuss with his peers and make progress together.
