因工作关系,笔者在对一些中小学校进行教育督导检查时发现,个别教师批改学生作业极不认真,只批不改,大而化之。“重作三遍”、“罚抄十行”等批语还不时出现。某校有一个学生的数学作业几道题全部错了,老师批语:“罚作五遍”。第二天,这位学生按照老师的要求,每道题都作了五遍。笔者发现,重作的五道题,大部分不对,可老师这次却全部判了对号。这种做法,其害处显而易见。由此笔者想到,学生(特别是小学生)的作业中写错了字,老师动辄就“罚抄十行”、
Due to the work relationship, the author found that when some elementary and junior high schools conducted education supervision and examination, they found that individual teachers’ correction of student work was extremely inconceivable. “Repeat three times” and “penalize ten lines” and other criticisms appear from time to time. A school student has a math problem with several questions. The teacher commented: “Five times for penalty.” The next day, the student made five questions for each question as the teacher requested. The author found that most of the five questions that were revisited were not correct, but the teacher was able to judge all of them. The harmful effects of this approach are obvious. From this, the author thinks that students (especially primary school students) have mispronounced their words in their homework, and that teachers frequently “punish ten lines of fines”.
