作者观察用0.5%NaClO_4饮水复制克汀病大鼠几次生化指标。实验克汀病大鼠某些表现与人类克汀病相似。实验大鼠甲状腺相对重量和血清TSH水平明显高于对照组;血清T_4水平和肝脏α-GPD活性明显低于对照组,证实实验大鼠机体处于甲状肿腺功能低下状态。实验大鼠下丘脑5HT,5HIAA和5HIAA/5HT明显高于对照组证实了下丘脑组织中5HT系统在甲状腺低功条件下代谢旺盛。而另一方面,这种神经介质代谢的变化可能是神经克汀病某些异常行为的生化基础。
The authors observed the use of 0.5% NaClO_4 drinking water to replicate several biochemical indicators of cretinism rats. Some cretinism rats have similar performance to human cretinism. The relative thyroid weight and serum TSH levels in the experimental rats were significantly higher than those in the control group; serum T 4 levels and liver α-GPD activity were significantly lower than in the control group, confirming that the experimental rats were in hypothyroidism. The hypothalamic 5HT, 5HIAA and 5HIAA/5HT in the experimental rats were significantly higher than those in the control group. It was confirmed that the 5HT system in the hypothalamus was metabolized under low thyroid conditions. On the other hand, this change in neuronal metabolism may be the biochemical basis of some abnormal behaviors of neurocinning.
