在带式输送机运行过程中,输送带容易出现划伤、撕裂和跑偏等故障。机器视觉技术应用于矿用输送带的在线监测,可以提高故障检测效率和精度,受到了广泛关注。研究了基于机器视觉的矿用输送带监测技术的发展现状;分析了输送带视觉监测系统的构成;详细综述了基于机器视觉的输送带纵向撕裂、跑偏和表面损伤等故障检测技术的研究进展;指出了输送带机器视觉监测技术的发展方向,以供读者参考。
In the belt conveyor operation, the conveyor belt prone to scratches, tearing and deviation and other failures. The application of machine vision technology to on-line monitoring of mining conveyor belt can improve the efficiency and accuracy of fault detection and has drawn wide attention. The status quo of mine conveyor belt monitoring technology based on machine vision has been studied. The structure of conveyor belt visual monitoring system has been analyzed. Fault detection techniques such as longitudinal tearing, deviation and surface damage of conveyor belt based on machine vision The paper points out the developing direction of the machine vision monitoring technology of conveyor belt for readers’ reference.
