近年发现脑疾患特别是下丘脑损伤与应激性溃疡有关。关于应激性胃粘膜损伤发生的机制,目前尚未阐明。现已知道,室旁核(PVN)神经元能接受多种神经递质的影响,它们在应激性反应和痛调制中起着重要作用,最近有报道NE和ACh对室旁核神经元具有兴奋和抑制作用。因此,探讨下丘脑室旁核对应激性胃粘膜损伤的影响以及脑内重要递质NE和ACh在这一过程中的作用.是具有一定意义的。本工作采用电刺激PVN及侧脑室内注射NE和ACh的方法,阐明PVN和NE、ACh之间在应激性胃粘膜损伤发病中的作用和关系。
In recent years, brain disorders, especially hypothalamic lesions and stress ulcers were found. The mechanism of stress gastric mucosal injury has not been elucidated yet. It is now known that paraventricular nucleus (PVN) neurons are capable of accepting the effects of various neurotransmitters and play an important role in stress response and pain modulation. It has recently been reported that NE and ACh have effects on paraventricular nucleus neurons Excitement and inhibition. Therefore, to explore the impact of hypothalamic paraventricular nucleus on stress gastric mucosal injury and the role of important neurotransmitters NE and ACh in this process is of some significance. In this work, we used electrical stimulation of PVN and intracerebroventricular injection of NE and ACh to clarify the role and relationship between PVN and NE and ACh in the pathogenesis of stress-induced gastric mucosal injury.
