芜湖市物资局针对目前物资企业经营中存在的问题,紧紧依靠市各综合管理部门,为企业争取了两项宽松政策,促进了物资购销业务的开展。 1.对计划内钢材试行综合均价销售。近几年,计划内钢材同品种同规格的销价多达八、九种,且价差悬殊很大,用户反映强烈。例如,线材国拨价每吨630元,宝钢坯价1330元;冷轧薄板国拨价每吨1450元,进口代理价4200元左右。因价差过大,用户都争购国拨价和地方价资源,增加了正常供应的难度。为了合理均衡用户的负担,经市物资局、物价局、计委、经委共同研究,决定从去年10月1日起,对计划内钢材试行综合均价销售办法。其具体做法是:首先研究确定试行综合均价的品种;
