本文报道CoQ_(10)除能明显提高正常及带瘤(S180)小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能外,还能明显增强巨噬细胞内琥珀酸脱氢酶的活性。同时,使巨噬细胞内的 cAMP含量明显降低,cGMP的含量也有升高趋向,导致 cAMP/cGMP比值显著减小。反映了巨噬细胞在被CoQ_(10)激活过程中,细胞内存在着环核苷酸含量和比值的变化。
In this paper, it is reported that the addition of CoQ_(10) can significantly increase the phagocytic function of normal and tumor-bearing (S180) mouse peritoneal macrophages, but also significantly increase the activity of succinate dehydrogenase in macrophages. At the same time, the cAMP content in macrophages was significantly reduced, and the cGMP content also increased, resulting in a significant decrease in the cAMP/cGMP ratio. It reflects the changes in the content and ratio of cyclic nucleotides in the cells during the activation of macrophages by CoQ_(10).
