目的:针对心内科抗高血压药物的临床运用情况以及具体效果进行分析.方法:按照回顾性分析的方式展开研究,所纳入观察对象共计为60例,为本院在2019年1月至12月所接诊患者,对本组患者的用药情况进行分析.结果:结合统计可知,在所有抗高血压药物中以利尿剂、β受体阻滞剂、钙离子拮抗剂的使用率居高,在药物利用指数上,仅氨氯地平片的利用指数>1,其余药物利用指数<1.在联合用药方面,34例患者为二联用药,18例患者为三联用药,其余患者为单用.结论:在心内科患者使用抗高血压药物进行治疗的过程中,以利尿剂类药物的使用率居高,且以联合用药为主,通过合理使用抗高血压类药物可以帮助患者迅速进行康复.
