在680℃恒温条件下,分别采用施加超声磁场、细化剂或两种方式的组合对坩埚中的7085铝熔体进行预处理并进行浇注,分析不同工艺参数对铸锭组织的细化规律。结果表明,延长超声处理时间能增强铸锭组织的细化效果,当超声处理时间达到30min时,铸锭晶粒细化到最佳状态;超声施振结束后,在680℃恒温条件下,铝液静置时间的延长会使铸锭晶粒呈现长大的趋势,静置时间大于8min后的超声细晶效果基本消失。
Under the condition of constant temperature of 680 ℃, the 7085 aluminum melt in the crucible was pretreated by applying the ultrasonic magnetic field, the refiner or a combination of the two methods respectively, and the pouring was conducted. The refining rules of the ingot microstructure were analyzed. The results show that prolonging the ultrasonic treatment time can enhance the refinement effect of ingot microstructure. When the ultrasonic treatment time reaches 30min, the ingot grain refinement to the best state; ultrasonic vibration after the end of 680 ℃ constant temperature conditions, aluminum The prolongation of the liquid standing time will make the ingot grains appear to grow up. The settling time is longer than 8min after ultrasonic fine grain effect basically disappeared.
