改造规模“十一五”期间,国家电网公司将实施电网技术改造项目3．4万项,改扩建输电线路17．79万公里、变压器3．45亿千伏安、断路器10．42万台。提高各级电网输送能力1．3亿千瓦,更新改造不满足运行要求变压器总容量达1．1亿千伏安、输电线路11万公里。2006年,已实施4333项,实现改扩建输电线路16047公里,变压器4300万千伏安,断路器9814台。
