将18~20g体重的近交系昆明种小白鼠24只,随机分为2组,雌雄各半,对照组饲以基础饲料,实验组在基础饲料中加入15%的绿茶,持续4周后断头处死。测定结果显示:绿茶对小鼠各脏器中的谷胱甘肽S转移酶(GST)活性及还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量均有一定的诱导作用,其中肝脏、肺脏中的GST活性以及肝脏、肾脏、小肠中的GSH含量水平明显高于对照组
