目的进一步明确慢性肾衰竭血液透析患者的胃排空是否存在异常。方法采用磁示踪法对32例慢性肾衰竭血液透析患者的固相胃排空时间进行了测定,并与正常对照组进行了对比。结果 透析后的胃半排空时间与正常对照组比较,二者差别无显著的统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 慢性肾衰竭血液透析患者胃排空时间是正常的。
Objective To further clarify whether there is abnormal gastric emptying in patients with chronic renal failure and hemodialysis. Methods The time of gastric emptying in 32 patients with chronic renal failure who underwent hemodialysis was measured by magnetic trace method and compared with the normal control group. Results The gastric emptying time after dialysis compared with the normal control group, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion The time of gastric emptying in hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure is normal.
