三种氧化锆瓷块透光率与色度值的线性关系分析

目的分析3种不同厚度、不同颜色氧化锆瓷材料的透光率与色度值的关系,为全瓷修复体颜色复现引入透光率系数提供依据,以更好地模拟天然牙本质的光学特性。方法利用X-rite color i7分光光度仪分别对三种品牌(Lava、Upcera、Doceram)不同颜色、不同厚度(0.9、0.6、0.3 mm)的氧化锆瓷片进行透光率和反射率(L*、a*、b*)的测量,采用SPSS18.0软件对结果进行多元线性分析,探讨透光率与厚度及色度值的线性关系。结果 3种品牌的氧化锆瓷片的透光率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。0.9、0.6、0.3 mm 3种厚度的氧化锆瓷片的透光率范围分别为13.63%~27.47%、18.05%~33.96%、25.24%~39.73%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Upcera、Doceram、Lava 3种品牌的氧化锆瓷片透光率与厚度、色度值之间存在线性关系,回归方程分别为:TT=0.366×L*-0.661×厚度-b*×0.280,TT=0.524×L*-0.536×厚度-0.237×b*,TT=0.210×L*-0.610×厚度-0.164×b*。结论 3种品牌的氧化锆瓷片透光率范围无明显差异;随着瓷片厚度的增加,透光率逐渐减小;随着瓷片亮度的增加,透光率逐渐升高;瓷片越偏蓝色,透光率越高。因此,在全瓷修复过程中,引入透光率系数这一比色指标从而重新定义天然牙颜色的认知和表述形式是十分必要的。 OBJECTIVE: To analyze the relationship between the transmittance and colorimetric value of three kinds of zirconia porcelain materials of different thicknesses and different colors, and to provide the basis for introducing the transmittance coefficient into the color reproduction of all-ceramic restoration in order to better simulate the optical properties of natural dentin characteristic. Methods The transmittance and reflectance (L *) of zirconia ceramic tiles of three colors (Lava, Upcera, Doceram) of different colors and different thicknesses (0.9,0.6,0.3 mm) were measured by X-rite color i7 spectrophotometer. , A *, b *) were measured by SPSS18.0 software. The results were analyzed by multivariate linearity, and the linear relationship between light transmittance and thickness and colorimetric value was discussed. Results There was no significant difference in the light transmittance between the three brands of zirconia ceramic tiles (P> 0.05). The light transmittance of three kinds of zirconia ceramics with the thickness of 0.9, 0.6 and 0.3 mm ranged from 13.63% to 27.47%, 18.05% to 33.96% and 25.24% to 39.73%, respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was a linear relationship between the transmittance and thickness and chromaticity of three brands of zirconia ceramic tiles from Upcera, Doceram and Lava. The regression equations were: TT = 0.366 × L * -0.661 × thickness-b * × 0.280, TT = 0.524 × L * -0.536 × thickness -0.237 × b *, TT = 0.210 × L * -0.610 × thickness -0.164 × b *. Conclusion The transmittance of the three brands of zirconia ceramic has no obvious difference. With the increase of the thickness of the ceramic, the light transmittance decreases gradually. With the increase of the brightness of the ceramic, the transmittance of the ceramic increases gradually. Partial blue, the higher the light transmittance. Therefore, in the process of all-ceramic restoration, it is necessary to introduce the colorimetric index of light transmittance coefficient to redefine the cognitive expression of natural tooth color.
