对三叉神经痛患者采用液氮冷冻治疗术,并通过脑干听性诱发电位对冷冻治疗前后进行了临床记录观察.结果:治疗前患侧波V潜伏期、波Ⅰ-V间期传导时间延长;双侧波V潜伏期差、双侧波Ⅰ-V间期差患侧传导时间延长.治疗后患侧波V潜伏期、波Ⅰ—V波间期、双侧波V潜伏期差、双侧波Ⅰ-V问期差均恢复正常范围.该法简单、准确,对探讨三叉神经痛的发病机理及疗效评定有一定的价值.
The patients with trigeminal neuralgia were treated with liquid nitrogen cryotherapy, and the brainstem auditory evoked potentials were used to observe the clinical records before and after cryotherapy. Results: Before treatment, the latency of wave V was prolonged and the conduction time of wave Ⅰ-V was prolonged. The latency of bilateral wave V was poor and the conduction time of I-V interphase was prolonged. After treatment, the latency of the affected side wave V, wave Ⅰ-V wave interval, bilateral wave V latency difference, bilateral wave Ⅰ-V QT period returned to normal range. The method is simple and accurate, and has certain value in exploring the pathogenesis and efficacy evaluation of trigeminal neuralgia.
