彭志远(泸州市人民医院)报道:患者男性,47岁。30年前左小腿外伤后伤口不愈,一直流脓。诊断为化脓性骨髓炎。曾分别于5年前和3年前在外院手术治疗,效果不佳,伤口逐渐扩大,伴红肿、疼痛,并出现左下肢功能障碍。近半年尤甚而入院。查体:左小腿胫前有一约20×5cm大小呈菱形的巨大溃疡,深约6cm,有大量坏死组织及少量脓液,奇臭,四周压痛明显,发热,活动困难。
Peng Zhiyuan (Luzhou City People’s Hospital) reported that the patient was male, 47 years old. Thirty years ago, the wound on the left leg was not cured and the pus was still running. Diagnosis was suppurative osteomyelitis. She had been treated surgically in an external hospital five years ago and three years ago. The results were poor. The wounds gradually expanded with redness, pain, and left lower limb dysfunction. In the past half year, she even admitted to hospital. Physical examination: There is a large ulcer of about 20 × 5cm in size in the left calf and a depth of about 6cm. There is a large amount of necrotic tissue and a small amount of pus. The odor is stench, with obvious tenderness, fever, and difficulty in movement.
