随着课程改革的逐步深入,“因材施教”的教育理念引起越来愈多教师的重视,也成为指导初中地理教学的重要教育理念。这一教学模式根据学生个体能力的差异将学生分成不同的层次,使用针对性的教学任务和教学手段,实现对学生学习效果的高度优化。本文简要的阐述了分层分组教学的内涵,并通过对教学实例举证,分析分层分组教学模式在初中地理教学中的应用方法和策略。
With the gradual deepening of the curriculum reform, the educational philosophy of “teaching students in accordance with their aptitude” has drawn more and more attention from teachers and has also become an important educational concept guiding the geography teaching in junior high schools. This teaching mode divides students into different levels according to the individual ability of students, and uses highly targeted teaching tasks and teaching methods to achieve a highly optimized effect on student learning. This article briefly expounds the connotation of hierarchical teaching, and through the demonstration of teaching examples to analyze the application of hierarchical teaching model in junior high school geography teaching methods and strategies.
