文化进基层,群众受益。基层文化建设是社会主义文化建设的重要内容和重要保证。坚持用社会主义先进文化占领基层,满足基层民众日益增长的精神文化需求,提高社区居民的思想道德素质是基层党委政府转变发展观念的重要抓手。我们要高度重视基层文化建设,将其纳入到经济和社会发展规划中,坚持以阵地建设为基础,以丰富活动为重点,以促进和谐为核心,以群众受益为根本,积极开展基层文化活动,促进农村文化取得较快较好地发展。本文主要就如何推进基层群众文化建设这一问题进行了研究和具体论述。
