目的探讨联合放化疗对乳腺癌患者的心脏损伤作用。方法乳腺癌术后患者60例,随机分成单一化疗组(单化组)和联合放化疗组(放化组),每组30例,单化组接受表阿霉素治疗,放化组接受放射治疗配合表阿霉素化疗,两组患者治疗前后均行动态心电图监测,并对监测结果进行统计学分析,比较两种治疗方法对心肌损伤的作用的大小。结果放化组24 h平均心率(88.7±7.3)次/分明显高于化疗组;出现心律失常7例、ST段改变4例、传导异常6例,共17例、总异常率为56.7%,明显多于单化组30.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合放化疗比单一化疗增加乳腺癌患者的心律不齐、传导异常、ST段改变等心电异常例数,有增加心脏损伤作用,治疗时应定期行心电图检查,以策安全。
Objective To investigate the effect of combined chemoradiotherapy on heart injury in patients with breast cancer. Methods Sixty patients with postoperative breast cancer were randomly divided into single chemotherapy group (chemotherapy group) and radiotherapy and chemotherapy group (radiotherapy group), 30 cases in each group. The patients in the chemotherapy group received epirubicin treatment and the radiotherapy group received radiation Treatment with epirubicin chemotherapy, two groups of patients before and after treatment of dynamic ECG monitoring, and monitoring results were statistically analyzed, the two treatment methods compared the size of the role of myocardial injury. Results The 24 h average heart rate (88.7 ± 7.3) times / min in radiotherapy group was significantly higher than that in chemotherapy group. There were 7 cases of arrhythmia, 4 cases of ST segment change, 6 cases of abnormal conduction, 17 cases in total. The total abnormal rate was 56.7% Significantly more than 30.0% of the singulation group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions Combined radiotherapy and chemotherapy is more effective than single chemotherapy in treating patients with breast cancer due to arrhythmia, conduction abnormalities and changes of ST-segment, which may lead to increased cardiac damage. ECG should be performed on a regular basis in order to ensure safety.
