On September 11, 2012, Demag Corporation, a subsidiary of the United States Terex Corporation, held a joint venture signing ceremony with China Weihua Group in Kaiyuan City, Liaoning Province to set up a joint venture company, Demag Weihua (Liaoning) Material Handling Machinery Co., Ltd., the trademark was drafted as “Weihua Demag”.
