邻苯二胺、对苯二胺、间苯二胺是染料、农药、助剂、感光材料等的中间体,均有毒,其中间苯二胺毒性最强,是国际公认的“三致”物质,可引起致突变作用、致癌作用和致畸作用。有关国家规定[1]工作场所有害因素职业接触限值时间加权平均浓度(PC-TWA)为:≤0.1 mg/m3,检测方法为高效液相色谱法(美国)[2]。目前,我国还没有制定工作场所中苯二胺有害因素职业接触限值,也没有测定工作场所空气中苯二胺的标准检验方法。有文献[3]报道利用GC-FID
