目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定环孢素A的方法。方法:以环孢素D为内标。甲醇水(8020,V/V)为流动相,检测波长210nm。结果:本法CsA与CsD分离效果好。在50~1000μg/L范围线性良好,平均方法回收率为101.78%,日内及日间精密度<8%(n=5)。结论:本法简便、准确,能较好的满足临床血药浓度监测的需要。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of cyclosporin A by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: Cyclosporine D was used as internal standard. Methanol water (8020, V / V) as the mobile phase, detection wavelength 210nm. Results: This method CsA and CsD separation effect. The linearity was good in the range of 50-1000 μg / L with the average recovery of 101.78%. The intra- and inter-day precision was <8% (n = 5). Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate and can better meet the needs of clinical blood drug concentration monitoring.
