目前,资源卫星应用中心运行管理的在轨卫星已达8颗,既有宽覆盖、能在2天对全球成像一次的卫星星座,也有分辨率达到2.1米的高分辨率成像卫星,还有立体成像卫星。通过组合遥控这些卫星,可以对受灾地区进行大范围的连续监测,也可以进行局部精细观测。通过分析地面接收系统处理后的影像,可直观地看到受灾前后地表颜色的变化,计算出受灾范围和面积,分析灾情蔓延方向。中心利用国产陆地观测卫星已经完成的重大灾害监测共计100余起,涵盖国土、地震、林
At present, the number of orbiting satellites operated and managed by the Resource Satellite Application Center has reached eight, with wide coverage, satellite constellations that can be imaged once every two days, high-resolution imaging satellites with a resolution of 2.1 meters, and three-dimensional Imaging satellite. By combining remote control of these satellites, a wide range of continuous monitoring of the affected areas is possible, as well as fine local observations. By analyzing the images processed by the ground receiving system, the color changes of the ground surface before and after the disaster can be visually observed, the scope and area of the disaster can be calculated, and the direction of the disaster can be analyzed.
