农村小学是小学的主体,农村学生占整个学生人数的80%左右,农村小学教学工作的优劣将直接影响九年制义务教育工作的实施。在农村中,乡级教学研究是县教研室和校教研组的中介和桥梁,它是教学的前沿阵地,位置突出,反应灵敏,研究的时间、地点、内容灵活机动,产生“短、平、快”的效果极为明显。因此,切实抓好乡级教学研究活动对提高农村小学教学质量尤为重要。下面谈谈我们的做法。
