本文报告了在2258例三叉神经痛射频治疗中损伤第一支248例的追踪观察结果。其中治疗性损伤92例。非治疗性损伤156例。发生角膜炎22例（8.9％），失明3例（1．2％）。对损伤第一支的原因、临床表现、防治及射频治疗适应症进行了分析、探讨。
This article reports the follow-up of the first 248 cases of injury in 2258 radiofrequency trigeminal neuralgia patients. One of 92 cases of therapeutic damage. Non-therapeutic injury in 156 cases. Keratitis occurred in 22 cases (8.9%), blindness in 3 cases (1.2%). The first reason of injury, clinical manifestations, prevention and treatment of RF indications were analyzed and discussed.
