以超循环理论为指导,探析运动员训练认知结构的可持续发展机制。该机制突出了教练员和运动员的中心地位,耦合了运动训练系统中的众多思维认知结构,更加注重思想沟通、信息反馈和自我调整,从而体现了自组织的特性。研究发现:充满活力的自组织训练认知结构将取代僵化呆板的被组织成为训练可持续发展的主导力量,通过超循环的组织形式能够将运动员训练认知结构的要素更为紧密的耦合在一起,在为新认知结构的生成创造条件的同时,也为运动员训练认知结构的可持续发展提供了动力,从而引导整个运动训练系统的可持续发展。
Guided by the theory of hypercycle, this paper explores the sustainable development mechanism of cognitive structure of athletes training. This mechanism highlights the central position of coaches and athletes, and couples many of the thinking and cognitive structures in the sports training system, with more attention to communication of thoughts, feedback of information and self-adjustment, thus reflecting the self-organization characteristics. The research found that the vigorous self-organizing training cognitive structure will be replaced by rigid rigid organization as the leading force for training sustainable development, and the elements of athletic training cognitive structure can be more closely coupled through the organizational form of hypercycles , While creating conditions for the generation of a new cognitive structure and at the same time, it also provides impetus for the sustainable development of the athletic training cognitive structure, thereby guiding the sustainable development of the entire sports training system.
