中国石化总公司于1989年1月10～15日在大庆召开第二届节能技术经验交流会。参加大会的有关单位代表共178人,收到论文197篇。会上研究了今后几年深化节能的技术方向,落实了1989年石化行业节能计划和措施,以及“八五”节能工作打算和设想。总公司成立六年来,石油化工能耗有较大幅度降低,炼油的单位能量因数耗能由1983年的18.51万千卡/11吨降到1988年15.49万千卡/吨,化肥纯氮能耗由1733万千卡/吨下降到1652万千卡/吨,化工化纤的乙烯能耗由1984年1354万千卡/吨降低到1988年
China Petrochemical Corporation held the second energy saving technology experience exchange meeting in Daqing from January 10 to 15, 1989. A total of 178 representatives of relevant organizations participated in the conference and received 197 papers. At the meeting, we studied the technical direction of deepening energy conservation in the next few years, implemented the energy conservation plans and measures for the petrochemical industry in 1989, and plans and plans for the “Eighth Five Year Plan” for energy conservation. In the six years since the establishment of the head office, the energy consumption of petrochemical industry has been greatly reduced. The unit energy factor energy consumption of oil refining has been reduced from 185,100 kcal/11 tons in 1983 to 154,900 kcal/ton in 1988. From 17.33 million kcal/ton to 16.3 million kcal/ton, the energy consumption of ethylene in chemical fiber decreased from 13.54 million kcal/ton in 1984 to 1988.
