西南交通大学承担的国家科学基金委资助的重点项目“轮轨滚动接触表面波浪形磨损与滚动接触疲劳研究,59935100”在项目组成员的共同努力下,在轮轨波浪磨损的实验室再现试验研究方面,取得了突出性的进展。该成果在项目中期检查会上,得到了同行专家组的高度评价。钢轨波浪形磨损(Corrugation,简称波磨)是指钢轨投入运行后在钢轨表面上出现的有一定规律的周期性磨损。严重的钢轨波磨会导致轮轨之间的作用力急剧增加,这不仅会产生严重的轮轨噪音,而且会大大缩短车辆和轨道结构零部件的使用寿命,甚至会造成行车事故。所
