目的:建立一套适宜于医学重点学科绩效评价的指标体系,客观、合理地对省级医学重点学科建设进行绩效评价,以期为医学重点学科的绩效管理提供决策参考。方法:构建医学重点学科建设绩效评价指标体系,应用文献分析法和Delphi法进行指标筛选和修正。结果:通过3轮专家咨询,最终构建省级医学重点学科绩效评价指标体系,其中一级指标6项、二级指标16项。结论:专家代表性强,积极性高,权威程度、协调性较好,此次咨询筛选出的指标符合构建医学重点学科绩效评价指标体系的需要。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a set of index system suitable for the performance evaluation of medical key disciplines and to objectively and reasonably evaluate the performance of provincial key medical disciplines, in order to provide decision reference for the performance management of medical key disciplines. Methods: To construct the index system of performance evaluation of key disciplines in medicine, and to select and revise indicators by literature analysis and Delphi method. Results: Through 3 rounds of consultation with experts, the performance evaluation index system of provincial medical key disciplines was finally constructed, of which 6 were first-level indicators and 16 second-level indicators. Conclusion: The experts have strong representativeness, high motivation, authority and coordination, and the indicators screened by this consultation are in line with the needs of constructing the performance evaluation index system of medical key disciplines.
