报道了一种新的黄瓜黑星病抗病性鉴定方法——离体子叶接种法,并对接种鉴定条件进行了研究。该方法将刚展平的子叶剪下铺到有二层滤纸的培养皿内保湿,(?)滴管将10~4~10~5个·mL~(-1)孢子浓度的悬浮液,点滴接种到离体子叶的上表皮,每滴约0.02 mL.在15~20℃,黑暗条件下鉴定,接种后5 d 调查病情。这一方法简单、可靠、不影响幼苗继续生长。
A new method for the identification of disease resistance in cucumber scab was reported, in vitro cotyledon inoculation method, and the conditions of inoculation were studied.
