有机试剂-ICP光谱分析是人们感兴趣的一个研究领域,同水溶液-ICP-AES法比较,具有对谱线增效,改善雾化效率等优点。前文曾报道PMBP-醋酸丁酯等体系对稀土元素的增敏效应,其增强因子为20~16.4不等。镧在TBP-HNO_3体系中的分配系数与其它稀土元素有较大的差别,据此曾提出萃取-电弧光谱法测定La_2O_3中的稀土杂质,检出限达μg/g级。
Organic reagent-ICP spectroscopic analysis is an area of interest. Compared with aqueous solution-ICP-AES, organic reagent-ICP spectroscopy has the advantages of enhancing the efficiency of the spectral lines and improving the atomization efficiency. Previously reported PMBP-butyl acetate and other systems sensitizing effect of rare earth elements, the enhancement factor of 20 ~ 16.4 range. The distribution coefficient of lanthanum in TBP-HNO3 system is quite different from other rare earth elements. Therefore, extraction-arc spectrometry has been proposed for the determination of rare earth impurities in La2O3, with the detection limit of μg / g.
