新奥法已广泛应用于隧道工程。我们把新奥法应用到斜井设计施工中,做了大胆的尝试,取得了很好的技术经济效果。锚杆、喷混凝土与量测是新奥法的三要素;及时性、封闭性、粘结性和柔性是新奥法的特点;充分发挥围岩的自承能力,与围岩合作是新奥法不变的宗旨。我们从新奥法的概念、理论依据和应用条件三个方面对新奥法作了简介;与工程实际相联系,确定了斜井的断面形状和尺寸、支护类型和支护参数以及光面爆破参数;用新奥法的理念对工程施工进行了全过程的管理,主要包括施工机具和量测仪器的准备、工期选择、断面开挖、支护、量测等几个方面;通过斜井的设计施工我们对新奥法有了更多的体会。
New Austrian law has been widely used in tunneling. We applied the new Austrian law to inclined shaft design and construction, made a bold attempt, and achieved good technical and economic results. Bolting, shotcrete and measurement are the three elements of the new Austrian law; timeliness, closure, adhesion and flexibility are the characteristics of the new Austrian law; give full play to the self-bearing capacity of the surrounding rock, cooperation with the surrounding rock is the new Austrian Law unchanged the purpose. We introduced the new Austrian law from the aspects of the concept, theoretical basis and application conditions of the new Austrian law. In connection with the actual project, we determined the shape and size of the cross-section of the inclined shaft, the types of support and the support parameters and the smooth blasting Parameters; the concept of the new Austrian law of the whole process of construction project management, including construction equipment and measuring instruments preparation, duration selection, section excavation, support, measurement and other aspects; through the inclined shaft Design and construction of the new Austrian law we have more experience.
