目的分析3.0TMRI动态增强扫描在鼻咽癌诊断及分期中的临床价值。方法选择2015年6月~2016年1月在我院诊断的120例鼻咽癌患者进行研究。所有患者分别进行CT和MRI检查。比较CT和MRI动态增强扫描检测局部/区域病灶范围情况和对TMN分期情况。结果 MRI动态增强扫描在口咽、鼻腔、茎突前间隙、咽后淋巴结、鼻窦、颅底、喉咽部、颞下窝、颈椎方面的显示强度均优于CT扫描,两种诊断方法在检测局部/区域病灶发面差异显著(P<0.05)。MRI动态增强扫描在T2、T3、T4、N2分期上的比例明显高于CT扫描,两组患者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 3.0TMRI动态增强扫描相比传统CT扫描,诊断部位明确,对TNM分期准确率提高。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of 3.0T MRI dynamic contrast-enhanced scan in the diagnosis and staging of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods 120 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma diagnosed in our hospital from June 2015 to January 2016 were studied. All patients underwent CT and MRI examinations. CT and MRI dynamic contrast-enhanced scan to detect local / regional lesions and the status of TMN staging. Results The dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI was superior to CT scanning in the oropharynx, nasal cavity, anterior segment of the styloid process, posterior pharyngeal lymph nodes, sinuses, skull base, hypopharynx, inferior temporal fossa, and cervical spine. Both diagnostic methods Local / regional lesions were significantly different (P <0.05). The ratio of dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI in T2, T3, T4 and N2 stages was significantly higher than that in CT scan. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion 3.0T MRI dynamic contrast-enhanced CT scan compared with the traditional, clear diagnosis of the site, TNM staging accuracy rate.
