本文报道癌光啉(代号PsD-007)和photofrin Ⅱ对人体肿瘤细胞系杀伤效应的比较。结果表明,在相同浓度和相同光照剂量处理细胞时,PsD-007对人体肝癌细胞系SMMC-7721和人体胃癌细胞系NGCC-8310的光敏杀伤效应至少相当于或略优于Photofrin Ⅱ。实验提示,一定浓度的PsD-007和Photofrin Ⅱ作用细胞时,光敏杀伤效应随光辐照剂量的增加而增强;在一定光照剂量处理细胞时,一定浓度范围内,光敏杀伤效应随光敏剂浓度的增加而增强。
This article reports the comparison of killing effect of cancer photorin (PsD-007) and photofrin II on human tumor cell lines. The results showed that the photosensitizing effect of PsD-007 on human hepatoma cell line SMMC-7721 and human gastric cancer cell line NGCC-8310 was at least equal to or slightly better than that of Photofrin II when cells were treated with the same concentration and the same light dose. The experiment shows that when the cells are treated with PsD-007 and Photofrin II at a certain concentration, the photosensitizing effect increases with the increase of the light irradiation dose; when the cells are treated with a certain light dose, the photosensitizing effect with the photosensitizer concentration is within a certain concentration range.
