新型摆线凸轮活齿传动是一种内齿轮齿廓为摆线及其等距线的二齿差活齿行星传动。在简要介绍其传动的原理和结构的基础上 ,建立了求解凸轮廓形的齿廓法线法 ,论证了正、负号凸轮活齿传动齿廓的一致性。详细推导了摆线内齿轮活齿传动凸轮共轭齿形的啮合方程 ,给出了数值算例及啮合仿真结果 ,并讨论了该传动的特点。
The new type of cycloidal cam gear transmission is a kind of two-tooth differential gear transmission with tooth profile of internal gear and cycloid and its equidistance line. Based on the brief introduction of the principle and structure of its transmission, the normal method of tooth profile of the cam profile is established, and the consistency of the tooth profile of the positive and the negative cam profiles is demonstrated. The meshing equations of the conjugate tooth profile of the cycloid gear are deduced in detail. The numerical examples and the results of the meshing simulation are given. The characteristics of the transmission are also discussed.
