介绍了EML8020模具焊条研制原理,确定其焊缝组织为奥氏体加铁素体双相组织。分析了焊条药皮渣系对焊条性能的影响,确定了合理的药皮配方。所研制的焊条不仅工艺性能良好而且熔敷金属具有较高的力学性能。
The development principle of EML8020 die electrode was introduced, and the weld microstructure was identified as austenite plus ferrite duplex structure. The influence of electrodeposition system on electrode properties was analyzed, and a reasonable formula of coating was determined. The developed electrode has not only good process performance but also deposited metal with high mechanical properties.
