血栓弹力图(Thromdelastogram 简称 TEG)是用仪器将血凝或纤溶过程中发生的凝块弹力变化反映于摄影图像,绘制出一条时间和血栓弹力的变化曲线。对出血性疾病、抗凝治疗、DiC 等疾病具有一定的诊断价值。我们经过五年的努力,自制了国内第一台血栓弹力图像仪,并用血复钙法测定50例正常人和90例血液凝固性可能增高及凝固性减低的疾病的图像变化。该仪器已获沈阳军区科技成果三等奖。现介绍如下:
Thrombelastography (Thromdelastogram referred to as TEG) is instrumental in coagulation or fibrinolytic process of clot elastic changes reflected in the photographic images, draw a curve of time and thrombus elasticity. Hemorrhagic disease, anticoagulant therapy, DiC and other diseases have a certain diagnostic value. After five years of hard work, we made our first domestic thrombus elastic imager and measured the image changes of 50 normal subjects and 90 patients with possible hematocritation and reduced coagulation by using the blood recalcification method.
