我们厂是1980年开始转产自行车的。现在是全国56家自行车定点生产厂中唯一的县属工厂。1985年我厂生产“野马”牌自行车28.1万辆,实现的产值、税利超过转产前30年的总和。在企业转产后的激烈竞争中,我们财务科努力管好用活资金,当好领导的参谋和助手,为“野马”的腾飞贡献了自己的力量。 1984年轻工业部决定对自行车行业进行全面整顿。我厂面临着上,还是关、停、并、转的严峻考验。为了能通过验收,我们在厂领导的直接指导下,按轻工部文件的要求,结合我们厂的实际工艺水平,逐条分析、研究、测算,定出了约60万元的投资方案:1.进一步完善车间生产工艺,部分关键设备要立即购置;2.为了达到国家对自行车质量管理检验要求,要建立健全49项检测手段,全部更新计量器
Our factory began converting bicycles in 1980. It is now the only county-owned factory among the 56 designated bicycle manufacturing plants in the country. In order to pass the inspection and acceptance, under the direct guidance of the factory leaders, according to the requirements of the Ministry of Light Industry, combined with the actual level of technology of our factory, we have analyzed, studied and estimated one by one, and set out an investment plan of about 600,000 yuan: 1. Further improve the workshop production process, some of the key equipment should be purchased immediately; 2. In order to meet the national requirements for bicycle quality management inspections, 49 inspection methods should be established and improved, and all the meters should be updated.
