目的:探讨在妇产科患者出院环节中,实施一站式优质护理服务的措施。方法:选取2015年7~9月医院妇产科出院的300例患者作为对照组,按照原来的出院流程并采取常规护理服务方法。选取2015年10~12月出院的300例患者作为观察组,在其办理出院手续时采取一站式优质护理服务方法。比较分析两者患者办理出院手续所花费时间、出院结账一次性完成率及对护理服务的满意程度。结果:实施一站式优质护理服务后,观察组患者办理出院所花费时间明显快于对照组(P<0.01),观察组患者办理出院结账手续的一次性完成率明显高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组患者对护理服务的满意度也有显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:在妇产科患者出院环节中采取一站式优质护理服务,优化了护理服务流程,提升了护理服务质量。一站式便捷、一目了然,有效提高了患者办理出院手续的效率,提高了患者满意度。
Objective: To explore the implementation of one-stop quality nursing service in obstetrics and gynecology patients during discharge. Methods: 300 patients discharged from hospital obstetrics and gynecology department from July to September in 2015 were selected as the control group. According to the original discharge process and taking the routine nursing service method. A total of 300 patients who were discharged from October to December 2015 were selected as the observation group, and one-stop high-quality nursing service was taken when they discharged. The time spent on discharge procedures, the one-time discharge rate at completion of discharge, and the degree of satisfaction with nursing services were compared between the two groups. Results: After one-stop high-quality nursing service, the patients in the observation group spent significantly faster time than the control group (P <0.01), and the one-time completion rate of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.01). Patients in the observation group also showed significantly higher satisfaction with nursing services (P <0.05). Conclusion: One-stop high-quality nursing service was taken in obstetrics and gynecology patients’ discharge department, which optimized nursing service process and improved nursing service quality. One-stop convenient, clear at a glance, effectively improve the efficiency of the patient for discharge procedures, improve patient satisfaction.
