抓好课堂教学是提高教学质量的核心,开展课堂教学质量评估的目的在于总结教学经验、改进教学工作、促进教学管理、提高教学水平、保证人才培养质量。本文采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法对江西省普通高等师范院校体育教师课堂教学质量评估体系的现状进行调查,以期对高校本科教学质量评估的现状有个把握,发现其中不足,为以后工作有针对性的开展与改进提供参考。
Doing a good job in classroom teaching is the core of improving teaching quality. The purpose of conducting classroom teaching quality assessment is to summarize teaching experience, improve teaching work, promote teaching management, improve teaching level and ensure the quality of personnel training. This paper investigates the status quo of classroom teaching quality assessment system of physical education teachers in ordinary higher normal colleges in Jiangxi Province by means of literature review, expert interview, questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics, in order to grasp the status quo of undergraduate teaching quality assessment, Find out some of them, and provide reference for the future work and improvement.
