前言目前,4Cr14Ni14W_2M_0钢多用于制造氮化零件。但是,零件在氮化出炉时,常常出现剥落现象,造成大量零件报废,严重影响正常生产,并造成很大的经济损失。它已经成为工厂生产中迫切需要解决的问题。本文系统研究氮化前的锻造工艺与热处理工艺对氮化层剥落的影响,提出解决4 Cr14Ni14W2M_o钢氮化层剥落的工艺措施,并探讨剥落机理。
Preface Currently, 4Cr14Ni14W_2M_0 steel used to manufacture nitride parts. However, during the nitriding furnace, the parts often flake off, resulting in the scrap of a large number of parts, seriously affecting the normal production and causing great economic losses. It has become an urgent problem to be solved in the factory production. In this paper, the influence of the forging process and the heat treatment process before the nitriding process on the flaking of the nitride layer is systematically studied. The technological measures to solve the flaking of the 4 Cr14Ni14W2M_o steel nitride layer are proposed, and the spalling mechanism is also discussed.
