报道了可见光催化材料CoNb2O6的合成及其光电化学性质。材料的合成方法采用溶胶-凝胶法。X-射线衍射(XRD)及紫外-可见漫发射光谱(DRS)表征结果表明,所合成的材料是正交相结构的CoNb2O6晶体,具有较好的可见光吸收性能。采用线性扫描伏安(LSV)法和瞬时电流曲线(i-t)等手段对所材料的电化学性质进行了研究,发现在可见光照射下电极上有较强的光电流产生,表明该材料具有较好的可见光电转换性能。
The synthesis of visible light catalytic material CoNb2O6 and its photoelectrochemical properties were reported. Materials synthesis method using sol-gel method. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and ultraviolet-visible diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (DRS) characterization results show that the synthesized material is an orthorhombic CoNb2O6 crystal and has good visible light absorption properties. The electrochemical properties of the materials were studied by means of linear sweep voltammetry (LSV) and instantaneous current curve (it). It was found that there was a strong photocurrent in the electrode under visible light irradiation, indicating that the material has good Visible photoelectric conversion performance.
