为了提高新时期中职教学的实效性,教育工作者们在实践中不断发展和探索新的教学模式。能否处理好新型的师生关系,是决定实施模拟公司项目教学成败的关键。借鉴国外一些管理和中职一线工作的经验,更能体会师生角色和关系的转变。在适应中职学生的特点和符合中职学生多元智能发展需要的前提下,探讨通过职代会的形式,趋利避害、扬长避短。可见,在模拟公司项目教学的环境下,要完成原始师生关系向新型职场关系的转变。
In order to improve the effectiveness of secondary vocational education in the new era, educators continuously develop and explore new teaching modes in practice. Whether dealing with the new type of relationship between teachers and students is the key to deciding whether to carry out the teaching of simulation company project. Learn from the experience of some overseas management and mid-level front-line work, and better understand the changes in the roles and relationships between teachers and students. On the premise of adapting to the characteristics of secondary vocational students and meeting the needs of the development of multiple intelligences for secondary vocational students, the paper explores the ways of using the system of workers’ congresses to seek benefits and avoid disadvantages and to avoid weaknesses. Can be seen in the simulated corporate project teaching environment, to complete the original teacher-student relationship to a new type of change in workplace relations.
