本文认为,冷库地下温度场可以用二维 Laplace 方程式来描写。在已知冷库内外温度和地坪结构的情况下,作者对二维 Laplace 方程式进行了求解,获得了地坪隔热层内和土壤内温度的计算公式。对地坪隔热层下中心点温度的计算公式,作了级数收敛性的改善。通过例题表明,可以用本文导出的公式来计算冷库地坪所必须的隔热层厚度。对上海某冷库地下温度分布进行了现场测定,发现实测温度曲线和理论计算温度曲线是比较一致的。
This paper argues that the underground temperature field of cold storage can be described by two-dimensional Laplace equation. When the temperature inside and outside of the cold store and the floor structure are known, the authors solve the two-dimensional Laplace equation and obtain the formula of the temperature inside the floor insulation and the soil. The calculation formula of the temperature at the center of the floor under the insulation layer is made to improve the convergence of series. The example shows that the formula derived in this paper can be used to calculate the insulation floor thickness necessary cold floor. The temperature distribution of a cold store in Shanghai was measured in the field and found that the measured temperature curve and theoretical temperature curve are relatively consistent.
