本实验检查了5株从林县粮食中分离出的互隔交链孢霉玉米面培养物的乙醇和乙醚提取物对人外周血淋巴细胞姐妹染色单体交换(SCF)的影响。5株乙醚提取物不同程度的均使SCE频率明显升高,其中3株的低浓度应用液(5—10μg/ml)便可诱发SCE频率与对照组
This experiment examined the effect of ethanol and ethyl ether extracts from Alternaria alternata maize flour cultures isolated from grain from Linxian County on sister chromatid exchange (SCF) in human peripheral blood lymphocytes. The 5 SCE extracts increased the SCE frequency to varying degrees. Three of the three concentrations of 5 to 10 μg/ml could induce SCE frequency and control group.
