在很多产业分析师眼中,中国的软件企业依然是这样的景象:规模比印度差了许多,管理水平过于粗放,开发流程有待细分,技术蓝领远未形成规模,总之,还没有从“眉毛胡子一把抓”的横向工业发展成为专、深、尖的纵向工业,软件外包这个很有希望成为第二个“中国制造”概念的领域当前有着太多的不如意。不能说这样的评价不准确,保守估计这几句评语的概括力甚至可以在未来三到五年内仍然经得起推敲。但这样的视角显然宏观和粗放了一些。如果观察家们愿意放低身段,以更加贴近的角度去关注这些在规模、管理水平、开发流程以及人才结构等方面“有着太多不如意”的中国软件企业,他们会发现自己远远低
